A member of Colorado State Patrol has been arrested by the Colorado Springs Police Department. In a press release Wednesday, Luke Zellman joined CSP in March 2014 and worked his first duty station in Steamboat Springs before transferring to the Colorado Springs office in 2017. Zellman was arrested on a charge of Sexual Exploitation of a Child. No other details have been provided. He has been booked in the El Paso County Jail. He has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

Arrests and charges are merely accusations until and unless a suspect is convicted of a crime. All suspects and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
