HOUR#1- Chalk full show today, as I am in the studio alone. Happy Birthday to Forquer, as he is off enjoying his birthday celebrations today. Brian Harvey actually joins me in the studio today to start this episode off. We discuss his two teams, the Broncos and the Patriots, and the respective QBs that go along with them. Brian gives his take as to why the Broncos are contenders, and sounds off on the Chiefs as well. We discuss the AFC west and some NFC teams. Team LowDown takes a massive lead over team Harvey's Huddle in the pick'em pool challenge, I give Harvey a chance to concede. Luke Wickiser (OH Report) joins the program to talk about all the drama in the AFC north. Aaron Rodgers is hurt, we get an update on him, Shedeur Sanders makes his debut in Cleveland, and Jamarr Chase is suspended for spitting on Jalen Ramsey. Huge week in the North, Luke fills us in. And I close the hour with my wager of the week, as i target the matchup between the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Arizona Cardinals.
HOUR#2- Cody Reer joins the show (SmashHitSports) our in house college football expert, he sheds some light on the state of CFB as we head down the final couple weeks. Cody explains what teams have impressed him the most, and talks about how Alabama may have the most pressure on them. A couple of huge moves in the coaching circuit, as James Franklin gets hired by Virginia Tech, and fans continue to speculate as to what will happen with Lane Kiffin. Cody talks about Notre Dame who is in the process of running the table, and we talk about the Colorado Buffaloes and the future surrounding Deion Sanders. John Rein (VZP Digital) is back for some NHL chatter. The Colorado Avalanche continue to steamroll the NHL, we discuss current Stanley cup odds and talk about what makes the Avs so great. JR wraps up the show with me discussing JJ McCarthy, the Detroit Lions, and the looming matchup between Michigan and Ohio State.
