The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Colorado has announced they are opening a club in South Routt County. Details are being finalized, but the program will take over management of the current after-school program at SoRoCo Middle School in Oak Creek. It will be known as the South Routt Club of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Colorado.
All-day programming for kids six years old through 5th grade will be offered on Fridays, days when there is no school, and a summer camp, beginning Jan. 5. Middle school programming will be added at a later date.
Registration will begin in early December at bgcnwc.org.
The cost will be the same at the other local Boys & Girls Clubs. There is an annual membership of $25. After-school is free. Fridays and school days off is $15. Summer camp is $70/week. Scholarships will be available.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Colorado currently has clubs in Steamboat Springs and Craig/Moffat County.
