HOUR#1-  Fun show today as we are officially through the first week of pre season football.  An interesting look around the league, especially at the QB position.  Travis Kelce seems to be distracted with Taylor Swift, but my confidence in Mahomes still is extremely high.  We talk Chiefs.  Broncos beat the Niners, and Bo Nix was less than ideal after playing the first quarter.  A lot of drops from the Broncos receivers is maybe cause for a little concern as well.  We discuss here on the LowDown.

Hour#2-  The great Derrick Henry comes into question as we discuss where the all-pro RB ranks amongst the all time greats, with many records on the horizon.  We also talk about Travis Hunter, as he made his debut for the Jaguars in their pre-season game.  The conversation turns interesting as we talk about Shohei Ohtani, the MLB superstar finds himself in some hot water once again..    And the nuggets and the Broncos will both be playing on Christmas this year, huge news for CO sports fans.

HOUR#1-  Forquer and I are back in the studio after a hectic week of football.  We talk about the Denver Broncos, who are in the middle of one of the franchises best seasons ever.  Bo Nix has a game that left everyone in awe.  4 touchdowns and Zero interceptions.  A game that has everyone talking about the Broncos as a super bowl FAVORITE!  We discuss the massive win over the GB Packers, this next game against Jacksonville, and what the AFC playoff picture looks like moving forward.  We talk about what teams are hitting the panic button as this season wraps up.  Are the Cincinnati Bengals the worst situation in football?  Are Lamar Jackson and the Ravens back?   Tons of NFL talk in hour 1 as we talk about the landscape heading into week 16.

HOUR#2-  The NBA cup finals are tonight between the Knicks and the Spurs, which leads into a discussion about Victor Wembenyama, and the western conference to start off hour number 2.  The Nuggets get a staple win over the Rockets last night, we break it down.  We also give out our wagers of the week in this hour.  I am taking the Chicago Bears to get it done against GB, Forquer is riding the Philly Eagles to close out their division.  We wrap up the final half hour with some in depth analysis on Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins, after they get slaughtered on national TV by the Steeler, eliminating them from playoff contention.  We also discuss Kyler Murray, and start to talk about the 2026 offseason.  An incredible time for Colorado Sports, an incredible time for THE LOWDOWN!

HOUR#1-   One of the busier middle-of-summer episodes we have had, a heavy news day in both the NFL and NBA.  We start by discussing Damian Lillard, as he returns to the Portland Trailblazers on a 3yr- 42 million dollar contract.  I rant about Lillard and the fraud that he is.   Gary Glick (Synergy Sports) joins us live on the show from Dallas Texas, where we talk about the pass-rusher market and the inflation, as the Pittsburgh Steelers make TJ Watt one of the highest paid players ever.  We monitor the Cincy Bengals situation, and break down the NFC South a little bit.

HOUR#2-  Cody Reer (SmashHitSports) joins us in the second hour for some college football talk.  We discuss the national championship odds, and what quarterbacks are actually poised to potentially win it all.  Cody gives us his take on Clemson and Cade Klubnik, as well as some discussion on the Big 12 and what this season may have in store for the Colorado Buffaloes.  Fourker and I wrap up the show with some discussions around Bradley Beal, and his departure to the Clippers.
