Inkcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival has revealed its massive 2026 lineup, bringing three days of heavy music to the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio, from July 17–19. Now in its eighth year, the festival will once again transform the historic prison—famous as a filming location for The Shawshank Redemption—into a high-energy destination for rock, metal, and tattoo culture.

This year’s headliners are Disturbed, Bad Omens, and Limp Bizkit, leading a stacked bill of more than 65 bands performing across three stages. In addition to the music, the festival will feature over 100 tattoo artists, on-site attractions, and guided tours of the historic venue, expanding the overall fan experience.

Disturbed will headline Friday, July 17, joined by Papa Roach, Cypress Hill, Hollywood Undead, Starset, Tech N9ne, Jinjer, and more. Saturday, July 18, belongs to Bad Omens, with major performances from Gojira, The Used, Sleeping With Sirens—celebrating the 15th anniversary of one of their albums—Poppy, Machine Head, Hatebreed, and Lacuna Coil. The weekend wraps on Sunday, July 19, with Limp Bizkit closing out the festival alongside A Day to Remember, Motionless In White, Ice Nine Kills, Lorna Shore, and Fit for a King.

Special moments are also planned throughout the weekend, including a Rev Theory reunion set, adding to what promises to be one of Inkcarceration’s most ambitious editions yet.
