HOUR#1-  Forquer and I are back in the studio after a hectic week of football.  We talk about the Denver Broncos, who are in the middle of one of the franchises best seasons ever.  Bo Nix has a game that left everyone in awe.  4 touchdowns and Zero interceptions.  A game that has everyone talking about the Broncos as a super bowl FAVORITE!  We discuss the massive win over the GB Packers, this next game against Jacksonville, and what the AFC playoff picture looks like moving forward.  We talk about what teams are hitting the panic button as this season wraps up.  Are the Cincinnati Bengals the worst situation in football?  Are Lamar Jackson and the Ravens back?   Tons of NFL talk in hour 1 as we talk about the landscape heading into week 16.

HOUR#2-  The NBA cup finals are tonight between the Knicks and the Spurs, which leads into a discussion about Victor Wembenyama, and the western conference to start off hour number 2.  The Nuggets get a staple win over the Rockets last night, we break it down.  We also give out our wagers of the week in this hour.  I am taking the Chicago Bears to get it done against GB, Forquer is riding the Philly Eagles to close out their division.  We wrap up the final half hour with some in depth analysis on Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins, after they get slaughtered on national TV by the Steeler, eliminating them from playoff contention.  We also discuss Kyler Murray, and start to talk about the 2026 offseason.  An incredible time for Colorado Sports, an incredible time for THE LOWDOWN!

HOUR#1-  A dramatic episode of the LowDown, as we discuss the firing of Nuggets head coach Michael Malone.  Am emotional day, we talk abut coach Malone and the events that led up to his dismissal.  We take some calls, and discuss the future of this Nuggets franchise.

HOUR#2-  We talk about the NCAAM national championship game, and wrap up our march madness talk for the year.  The Florida Gators are national champions.  What does this mean for that program, and we discuss the losing side as well, and the future of the Houston Cougars and their legendary head coach Kelvin Sampson.

-We wrap up the show with further discussion about the Denver Nuggets and where they go from here.  We talk about the Lakers/Thunder matchups, and discuss the job JJ Reddick has done in his first year.

HOUR#1-  Sean Payton officially has given up play calling duties, and the Broncos hire Davis Webb to be their new offensive coordinator.  I give Payton props, and we discuss how the Broncos offense will change next season. We talk about some of the big name free agent pass catchers that Denver could go after.  On the defensive side of the ball, Vance Joseph will be returning as the Broncos Defensive coordinator, following some head coaching interviews of his own, we discuss what that means for the Broncos defense, and how they can improve next year.    Some breaking news here on the Lowdown, as we are in the middle of the NBA trade deadline, James Harden is dealt to the Cleveland Cavaliers while we are live on air.  He teams up with Donovan Mitchell in the land, and young PG Darius Garland heads to LA.  We make our super bowl picks, and friend of the show Andrew Bilski calls in to share his picks. The Denver Nuggets are in the middle of a game against the Detroit Pistons, we talk about them and Jokic returning to play.

HOUR#2-    Continuing with our Wide Receiver discussion, Forquer shows us the detailed numbers about the leagues highest paid receivers.  Howe many made the playoffs?  Are any of them really worth it?  The NBA trade deadline is just a couple of days away, and we already have some drama.  We discuss the new duo of Donovan Mitchell and James Harden in Cleveland, and if that makes them real title contenders.   In the western conference, the Memphis Grizzlies deal Jaren Jackson Jr former defensive player of the ear to the Utah Jazz in a massive multi player deal that includes 3 first round picks.  We talk about what Danny Ainge is cooking in Utah.    And the elephant in the room for the last year has been Giannis Antentokounpo.  Will Milwaukee trade the superstar?  Is Minnesota closing in on a deal?
