HOUR#1-   Kathy Elliot is back in the studio with me, as Forquer takes the day off.  It is officially cut day in the NFL as teams work to trim their rosters to 53 men.  The Denver Broncos make a couple of surprising moves, getting rid of a handful of notable names, including Sam Ehlinger at the QB position and Audric Estime  at the running back spot  the Broncos drafted just a couple years ago.  We talk about Vance Joseph, Cam Ward, and the Broncos first matchup against the Tennessee Titans.   Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce get engaged officially.   We discuss an interesting QB prospect, as former Oklahoma QB Spencer Rattler is named the starter for the New Orleans Saints.  We talk about the current rebuild going on down in New Orleans.  Kenny Pickett gets traded to the Raiders, so Shedeur Sanders...….. makes the team?

HOUR#2-  Kathy and I break down some other major moves around the NFL, notably NFL sack leader Trey Hendrickson finally ending his holdout and signing a one year deal to return to the Cincinnati Bengals.  The Bengals now have two of the highest paid receivers of all time, and the NFL leader in sacks for the second year in a row.  How much pressure is there on Joe Burrow to succeed?   Shilo Sanders gets cut from the TB Buccaneers, but his brother Shedeur seemingly has made the team.  We listen to what Deion has to say.  Micah Parsons to Green Bay is gaining some serious momentum.  We talk about the two massive college football games coming up this weekend, Texas vs Ohio State and LSU vs Clemson.  Kathy gives some predictions for these games, and next years #1 pick.

HOUR#1- It is officially game 1 of the NBA finals.  We discuss the betting lines, and the series prices for this matchup between the Pacers and Thunder.  What will be the keys to the game for Indiana, how should you approach this matchup?   Physicality has been a huge discussion regarding this series, but are we discrediting Indiana's previous opponents?

- The Phoenix Suns have hired a new head coach in Jordan Ott.  The dismal decision making surrounding Matt Ishbia and this suns management continues, with the hiring of a first year head coach.  With Bradley Beal on the hook for almost 60 million dollars, and Kevin Durant potentially leaving as well, is this the right decision for this team?

- And we talk more about Tom Thibodeaux and what exactly makes someone a loser.  We talk about other well known guys who have made it to the big game, but have just never been able to get it done.  Marv Levy? Kyle Shanahan? Where do some of these guys stand in history?

HOUR#2-  The big news from the NFL is that Aaron Rodgers has officially told the Pittsburgh Steelers he will be signing with them.  We discuss what this means for not only the NFL, but more specifically the AFC North.  What will the relationship be with coach Mike Tomlin, and how good will the Steelers really be?

- We talk about pressure a lot on this show, and so we discuss what QBs have the most pressure on them this season.  I give my top 5 which includes a couple of MVPs, and a QB from the AFC west who I believe is due for a Massive season.

HOUR#1-  Fun show today as we are officially through the first week of pre season football.  An interesting look around the league, especially at the QB position.  Travis Kelce seems to be distracted with Taylor Swift, but my confidence in Mahomes still is extremely high.  We talk Chiefs.  Broncos beat the Niners, and Bo Nix was less than ideal after playing the first quarter.  A lot of drops from the Broncos receivers is maybe cause for a little concern as well.  We discuss here on the LowDown.

Hour#2-  The great Derrick Henry comes into question as we discuss where the all-pro RB ranks amongst the all time greats, with many records on the horizon.  We also talk about Travis Hunter, as he made his debut for the Jaguars in their pre-season game.  The conversation turns interesting as we talk about Shohei Ohtani, the MLB superstar finds himself in some hot water once again..    And the nuggets and the Broncos will both be playing on Christmas this year, huge news for CO sports fans.
