HOUR#1- Fresh off the AFC Championship game, we are in the studio for this tuesday edition of the LowDown. Forquer and I dissect what happened to the Broncos against New England, as we go in depth on the issues that occurred, and we talk about who deserves the blame. A tough way to end the season, in a game that was certainly winnable. The Broncos move on from their offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi, and we discuss what the offseason will look like for the Broncos. The wide receiver room will certainly be a topic throughout the summer, with a handful of big names that will be available. Seattle beats LA on the NFC side, and Sam Darnold is heading to the superbowl while leading the league in turnovers. We discuss how he will fair in superbowl 60, and where he ranks amongst SB Qbs of the past.
HOUR#2- More super bowl talk here on the Lowdown, as we track a couple of big time basketball games as well. The NFL coaching carousel has a couple of big additions as Mike Mcarthy gets hired to be the next head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Buffalo Bills stay in house and hire offensive coordinator Joe Brady to lead Josh Allen. We discuss, and I make the comparison of when Pittsburgh drafted Kenny Pickett out of Pitt. Three head coaching vacancies remain, the Cardinals, Raiders, and Browns. The Nuggets are back in Denver tonight to lake on the NBA's best Detroit Pistons following what was a pretty hectic road trip. Christian Braun has now been out 10 plus weeks, and Jokic will be out for one more. The Nuggets are in great shape, but they have a tough test against Detroit here tonight. Undefeated Nebraska loses in Ann Arbor to Michigan, and I give my take on who should be the Raiders next head coach.
