HOUR#1-  The final show of 2025 is underway here on the LowDown.  A day that's full of headlines, Forquer is back in the studio with me for this one.   We discuss the final week of the NFL season, the Chargers are officially benching Herbert which means that if everything goes according to plan, the AFC will go through Denver. We talk about how bad the Broncos need a Tight End.   Stefon Diggs was arrested today for felony strangulation, we discuss how this may affect the Patriots and their amazing season, as well as the potential MVP Drake Maye.  We break down the biggest game of the week which is certainly Baltimore vs Pittsburgh on Sunday Night Football.  The winner get the division and a playoff spot, while the loser gets sent packing.  We give our predictions and talk about Lamar Jackson.  Tons of hugs bets wrap up this week.  We are one win away from Dallas over 7.5 wins cashing.  We give out our wagers of the week.

HOUR#2-  Nikola Jokic is out for one month after hyper extending his knee, we talk about what this means for a Nuggets team and fandom that has never experienced this before. How will the Nuggets manage? Who has to step up?  With superstars going down by the day, who is the favorite to win MVP now?  We discuss.   We talk about the eastern conference a little bit, and Jalen Brunson and the Knicks.  This has to be one of the weakest years ever for a conference.  The lack of stardom in the East is staggering.  Former #1 overall pick Zacharie Risacher is being talked about in trade rumors, we look back on other failed number one guys.  And we finish the show with a million dollar question.  Who is the NFL rookie of the year?  I think the answer is more difficult than you may think.

HOUR#1-   We are live, and the Denver Broncos are live too on Thursday night football.  Broncos are 10 point favorites in the divisional rivalry tonight.  Forquer and I talk about it and discuss some of the interesting trends attached to this game.  The NFL trade deadline was yesterday, the big shocking trade was highest paid DB in the league Sauce Gardener getting traded from the New York Jets to the Indianapolis Colts, a move which forced the Colts to give up multiple first round picks.  Should the Broncos have made a deal at the deadline?  We give out our wagers of the week. Luke Wickiser (OH Report) joins the show live from Cleveland Ohio to talk about a crazy cross-sport hiring that happened today.  The Colorado Rockies hire away Paul DePodesta from the Cleveland Browns, to have him become the next GM of the Rockies franchise.  Luke joins the show to talk about this insane hiring of the "MoneyBall" star.

HOUR#2-   The Denver Nuggets have looked fantastic, but are there concerns when it comes to Cam Johnson?  Forquer believes yes.  We talk about the Nuggets as they get set for another matchup with the Golden State Warriors tomorrow night, this time without Stephen Curry.  Legendary receiver Antonio Brown was arrested today in Dubai and shipped back to the united states on attempted murder charges, we discuss the great receivers fall from grace.   And rumors continue to swirl around Memphis Grizzlies PG Ja Morant.  We talk about what a potential Ja trade would look like, and if the Minnesota Timberwolves could potentially get involved.

HOUR#1- The great Kathy Elliot takes the place of Forqer today, as we go in-depth on college football on this episode of the LowDown.  We talk about Colorado football and the Big 12 conference as a whole.  Who is the best QB in the conference? Can Arizona State continue their momentum? Will Deion be able to replace Shedeur and Travis Hunter at Colorado?  Kathy breaks it down.
