HOUR#1-   One of the busier middle-of-summer episodes we have had, a heavy news day in both the NFL and NBA.  We start by discussing Damian Lillard, as he returns to the Portland Trailblazers on a 3yr- 42 million dollar contract.  I rant about Lillard and the fraud that he is.   Gary Glick (Synergy Sports) joins us live on the show from Dallas Texas, where we talk about the pass-rusher market and the inflation, as the Pittsburgh Steelers make TJ Watt one of the highest paid players ever.  We monitor the Cincy Bengals situation, and break down the NFC South a little bit.

HOUR#2-  Cody Reer (SmashHitSports) joins us in the second hour for some college football talk.  We discuss the national championship odds, and what quarterbacks are actually poised to potentially win it all.  Cody gives us his take on Clemson and Cade Klubnik, as well as some discussion on the Big 12 and what this season may have in store for the Colorado Buffaloes.  Fourker and I wrap up the show with some discussions around Bradley Beal, and his departure to the Clippers.

The first couple of segments were cut off on todays episode of the LowDown, no specific reason just had some technical difficulties and the first part of the show did not get recorded. Apologies.  Tons of NFL talk as we head into the divisional round of the playoffs.  The Denver Broncos are taking on the Buffalo Bills in what should be a fantastic matchup at mile high.  Forquer and myself give 0ut our favorite wagers of the week, with both of us turning our heads to the Seattle- San Fran game.  The Denver Nuggets are taking on the lowly New Orleans Pelicans tonight on the road, Forquer and I talk about that game and the state of this Nuggets team.  I was in Denver over the weekend and had the opportunity to watch the Avs and Nuggets both play, the Nuggets got a huge shorthanded win against Giannis and the Milwaukee Bucks.  My biggest takeaway from the Bucks game was just how much of a mess the team was.  Nobody listening to Doc River or Giannis.  Nobody seemingly caring about the game.  Forquer and I discuss what lies ahead for the Bucks and Giannis.  We discuss Peyton Watson and what options the Nuggets have as he continues to excel and looks to get a huge contract in the offseason.  MPJ is in attendance for tonight's Nuggets- Pelicans game, we talk about him possibly getting traded from Brooklyn, as well as other potential stars getting moved before the deadline.  Enjoy this (partial) January episode of The LowDown.

HOUR #1- We discuss the Denver Nuggets, and their roller coaster of a season.  After a loss to the Washington Wizards, the Nuggets bounce back and got a win against the Golden State Warriors, without Jokic or Murray playing at all.

-Cody Reer from SmashHitSports joins us once again to break down a couple of key matchups, as we head into march madness.   Colorado State faces off against Memphis in the first round, we break it down.  A blue blood matchup between Kansas and Arkansas is looming, And Cody gives out his favorite bet of the first round.

HOUR#2-  We discuss Cooper Kupp going to Seattle, the state of the WR market in the NFL, and the new look NFC West. 

-John Rein joins us and breaks down the Big 10 side of the bracket, going in-depth on teams like Michigan, Wisconsin and Purdue.   

-We discuss Jamarr Chase, and Tee Higgins, and the historic deal for the WR duo in Cincy.
