HOUR#1-  Kathy Elliott is in the studio today hosting the show with me, this was a great show with a ton of great football talk.  We begin the program by talking about the Thursday night football matchup down in the desert where the AZ Cardinals are taking on the Seattle Seahawks.  I'm rolling with Seattle in this one, as one of my favorite plays of the week. Seattle has done a fantastic job rebuilding, and the Cardinals are continuing to trend downwards as they just lost their starting RB James Conner for the year.  Kathy and I also talk about an interesting situation in Atlanta, where the Falcons just lost 30-0 to their division rival the Carolina Panthers.  Michael Penix Jr finds himself in a very precarious situation with the $200 million dollar QB Kirk Cousins lurking behind him.  And we address the elephant in the room , Oklahoma QB John Mateer is sidelined with a wrist injury, timetable unknown.  We discuss the Heisman hopeful and what it means for Oklahoma.

HOUR#2-  John Rein (VZP Digital) is back, and he is here to talk some Big Ten football with us.  The game of the week is undoubtedly up in Happy Valley, where Penn State takes on Oregon in a primetime matchup.  These two QBs Drew Allar and Dante Moore are both electrifying, Kathy and JR break it down on how this will shape the Big Ten the rest of the way, we discuss how the pressure is on Penn State.  The chatter around Boulder and Deion Sanders has quieted down immensely after coming off a decent win against Wyoming, it seems like Colorado still has some soul searching to do, I ask Kathy about the issues arising out of Folsom Field.  Is Deion Sanders handling his trio of highly ranked QBs the right way?  Have the USC Trojans turned it around?  And our final thoughts on the Denver Broncos, as they get set for Monday Night Football against the Burrow-less Bengals.

HOUR#1-  We break down game 6 of the NBA finals, as OKC and Indiana get set to tip off while we are live on air.  The spread is in favor of OKC by six points, we break down the game and give our predictions.  I ask forqer what the historical impact will be of SGA and Jalen Williams when its all said and done.  And we discuss where SGAs season ranks if he were to win the title and finals MVP.

- The Nuggets are just days away from the NBA draft and have yet to hire a general manager, or a POBO, or even an asst. GM.  Could they be targeting former Golden State Warriors exec Bob Myers? Are they going to keep it in house and hire Ben Tenzer?   And the LA Lakers have a new owner.  We discuss the implications.

HOUR#2-  Shedeur Sanders was pulled over doing 100 MPH in Ohio.  We give our reaction to this, as well as the fact that Memphis Grizzlies center  Zach Edey was caught doing the same thing! Jeff Forqer gives us some legal insight.

  - The Florida Panthers officially won the Stanley cup, and they add to a growing list of successful Miami sports teams.  So what does that mean for the lowly Miami Dolphins, who have only won 1 playoff game in the last 30 years?  How long is coach Mike Mcdaniel's leash?  Is Tua still the future?   We talk some AFC east.

HOUR #1-  We discuss the Nuggets season coming to an end.  What will the Denver Nuggets do this offseason and how will they approach the future.  Minnesota and OKC are in the western conference finals, we break down the matchup and give our predictions.

-Does Nikola Jokic have a problem with the booze? Will Denver move on from Aaron Gordon or Christian Braun?  Karl Towns and the NY Knicks look to shake things up.  How will they fare against the Pacers?  We discuss.

HOUR#2- Vladan Chase joins the show (NFFH Podcast) to talk about the upcoming offseason for the Colorado Avalanche, and what went wrong down the stretch.  Will they move on from Jared Bednar or McFarland?  We break down the NHL conference finals.

-We talk about Brock Purdy's new 265 million dollar deal and what it means for the SF 49ers.  The NFL QB landscape continues to evolve.
