HOUR#1-  Fun show today as we are officially through the first week of pre season football.  An interesting look around the league, especially at the QB position.  Travis Kelce seems to be distracted with Taylor Swift, but my confidence in Mahomes still is extremely high.  We talk Chiefs.  Broncos beat the Niners, and Bo Nix was less than ideal after playing the first quarter.  A lot of drops from the Broncos receivers is maybe cause for a little concern as well.  We discuss here on the LowDown.

Hour#2-  The great Derrick Henry comes into question as we discuss where the all-pro RB ranks amongst the all time greats, with many records on the horizon.  We also talk about Travis Hunter, as he made his debut for the Jaguars in their pre-season game.  The conversation turns interesting as we talk about Shohei Ohtani, the MLB superstar finds himself in some hot water once again..    And the nuggets and the Broncos will both be playing on Christmas this year, huge news for CO sports fans.

HOUR#1-  The Denver Nuggets officially make David Adelman the next head coach of the franchise.  We discus what this means and give our take on the new coach.  Josh Kroenke holds his exit interview to wrap up the nuggets season, questions are asked and answered regarding the continued search for a new GM.

-We discuss trade possibilities for Michael Porter Jr, and discuss some potential destinations and scenarios for the team.  The Wolves and Thunder get set for game 2 of the Western Conference Finals, we break it down, as Thunder guard SGA officially wins the MVP award.

HOUR#2-  We talk about the Indiana Pacers and what makes them so great.  A shocking win in Madison square garden against the Knickerbockers has us discussing what it would mean if the Indiana Pacers and Tyrese Haliburton were your next NBA champs.

-Colts owner Jim Irsay passes away at the age of 65, we talk about what he meant to the NFL and how this will affect the Indianapolis Colts franchise moving forward.   We break down the rest of the AFC south, and we talk about the early training camp woes for Travis Hunter and the Jacksonville Jaguars.

HOUR#1- Jeff Forqer is back and better than ever.  My usual counterpart is in the studio to discuss the NFL and the NBA.  The leading story for the day is Redskins wide receiver Terry Mclaurin requesting a trade from the team.  We compare that situation to the one in Denver, where Courtland Sutton was signed to a very team friendly deal.  We discuss the potential new addition of Michael Jordan in the broadcast booth, and Forqer delves into the Chicago Bears once more, with some head scratching headlines coming out of training camp.

HOUR#2-  John Rein (VZP Digital) joins the program to update us on the NFL hall of fame game! We go in-depth into the Lions season, and discuss what is going to happen after losing both coordinators and their starting center.  Are we still in on Goff? Are we still bought into Dan Campbell?  We fill you in on the NFC north.   Forqer and I wrap up the show with some nuggets discussion, Westbrook is still unsigned, and the future of Christian Braun.
