HOUR#1- Michael Porter JR has been traded!!!  Massive news coming out of Denver, as the Nuggets and their new brain trust have been busy as ever during the first couple days of NBA free agency.  The Nuggets send MPJ to Brooklyn, they also trade for backup big man Jonas Valanciunas, and bring back fan favorite Bruce Brown.  We discuss it here on The LowDown.

-  NBA free agency continues to get down to the nitty gritty.  The Milwaukee Bucks move on from Damian Lillard in a shocking turn of events.   Teams in the western conference continue to build up more and more depth and talent.  Teams like the Houston Rockets and LA Clippers continue to build immense foundations as teams try to continue to navigate the new CBA and the new financial horizon in the association.

HOUR#2- J.R. joins us (VZP Digital) to talk about NHL free agency, which has been arguably just as entertaining as the NBA.  The big move is Mitch Marner heading to Vegas in what could be looked at as a potential tampering scandal.  The Avalanche move on from Johnothan Drouin, and both teams from the stanley cup finals, the defending champion Florida Panthers and the Edmonton Oilers both do a great job retaining their core players for years to come.

- We talk some football, as a big trade just happened in the NFL.  All Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey gets moved to the Pittsburgh Steelers, in a fascinating move for one of the NFL's premiere franchises.   Are the Steelers going all in?  How much gas does Rodgers hve left in the tank?  Is this going to be a farewell tour type of season?  I feel like Pittsburgh may be a force to reckon with, but Forquer feels otherwise.   Its July.   This is the LowDown.

HOUR#1- Another day of Broncos training camp, we update you on everything going on in the AFC west.  Garret Bolles was put in an ambulance today, we tell ya why.  Chiefs star receiver Rashee Rice going to be eligible to play? or not?  And the Buffalo Bills give a huge extension to their RB James Cook.  Are the Bills going about this the right way in terms of the construction of the team?  Is McDermott on the hot seat?  Does MVP Josh Allen have enough weapons?  We break down the Bills and the rest of the Running back market headed into this season.   Kathy Elliot joins us on the show to talk about the "Scandal" regarding her new QB John Mateer at Oklahoma.  What can we expect from the Sooners.  We discuss Archie Manning and what the outlook is on him, and another former Texas Longhorn signs with the Cleveland Browns after a run in with the law.  Shedeur Sanders talk and a possible Nik Bonitto extension looming.  Kathy fills us in.

HOUR#2-  We talk some sports business with John Rein (VZP Digital) he fills us in on some of the recent sales in and around the world of sports.  Three NBA teams have sold this summer alone, Why?   The Broncos get a new evaluation, and we talk about which teams have gained and lost the most value.  JR gives us an update on JJ McCarthy, and we discuss 3 unique QBs in 3 unique situations.   The Denver Nuggets schedule has officially been released! Forquer and I give you an initial breakdown on what this upcoming season will be like for the Denver Nuggets.  We talk about their schedule in what we expect to be a 60 win season.

HOUR#2- Andrew Bilski joins the show as we continue to talk NFL.  Taking a look at win totals again, we discuss what team will be the WORST in the NFL and what team will hold the oh-so-important #1 pick in what is poised to be the Archie Manning sweepstakes.  We discuss the ongoing financial situation in cinncinatti, and talk about the Chicago Bears brutal schedule as well.  There is also a new highest paid CB in the NFL, and its not Pat Surtain.  We reflect on 100 episodes of the show.
