The Moffat County Sheriff’s Office has posted a message for members of the Shadow Mountain subdivision. They have footage of a man trying to get into cars in the area, late at night Friday. They ask that you keep your vehicles locked, don’t leave packages out overnight, and remove any valuables from your porch, yard, or vehicle. And please report any suspicious activity to the Moffat County Sheriff’s office. Contact Deputy Marchbanks at the MCSO non-emergency dispatch number 970-824-4495.

This is in conjunction with Colorado Parks and Wildlife lands to the east. The closure notice comes from the Little Snake Field Office with the Bureau of Land Management.
