It’s Senior Night on Saturday for the U19 Steamboat Stampede Hockey girls. The team they were supposed to play can’t now, so the U19 girls are playing past U19 Steamboat players. The four graduating seniors being honored are Sage Zetzman, Olivia Hansen, Mallory Thomas, and Julia Yamashita. The rink staff at Howelsen Ice Arena wants a lot of folks there to support the team because Howelsen Ice Arena has been approved for the Five-Star Program by the state. That means they can have 175 fans in the stands for Saturday night’s game. It starts at 8 p.m. It’s going to be a big deal and a very fun evening at Howelsen Ice Arena. Come on out and watch some hockey.
