A new Teen Center is in the works in Moffat County. It’s called “The Den.” It is being created by Scott Lang as a safe place for teenagers to hang out and have fun, like when he was a teenager.
The Den is being built at 835 E. Victory Way in Craig, in a house behind the A-1 Laundromat. They are hoping to open The Den by late August.
The new teen center in Craig is hosting a kick-off event Wednesday, July 21. It’s being called the Mid-Week Dance Break. Scott Lang is organizing the dance.
Parents can stop by between 6-8 p.m. The Dance Break starts at 8 p.m. for the kids at the Pavilion at the Moffat County Fairgrounds on Wednesday night, July 21. It’s $10 per person for 7th graders to those who are 18 years old.
