Chairs from the Priest Creek Chairlift are off the line and they will be auctioned off, to benefit local nonprofits. The online auction starts Tuesday for three days. Link to the auction

The chairs must be picked up in person from 8 a.m. to noon on Friday, Sept. 10. The chairs won’t be shipped, delivered, or stored.

The Priest Creek chair was installed at Steamboat Resort back in 1972. It didn’t run at all last year, and only ran six days over the past three years.
