A new building for housing is being added to the Steamboat campus of Colorado Mountain College. JC Norling is the CMC Vice President of the Steamboat Campus. He says the new building will be for working students.
Work is set to start July 1 with completion set for August of 2023. Students can move in in the fall of that year.
The building will have 35 units with 24 students and 11 two-bedrooms. It will be on Bob Adams Blvd., at what is now the lower Bristol parking lot.
Housing will also be added to CMC campuses at Edwards, Breckenridge, and Spring Valley.
